I founded Arivyo because leaders kept asking for the same thing: someone who would tell them the truth about AI — what to pursue, what to pause, and what to ignore — without turning every conversation into a sales opportunity.
For fifteen years I’ve worked inside demanding enterprises — most recently as AVP of AI at Baptist Health South Florida, where I built and scaled a 22-person AI team across a twelve-hospital system and shipped 60+ production systems spanning predictive machine learning, GenAI and RAG assistants, and agentic AI platforms. Before that I led AI and data science work at UnitedHealth Group (Optum), WarnerMedia (CNN and Bleacher Report), and DataRobot, where I advised Fortune 500 clients. Today I’m actively designing and delivering AI in the health insurance sector — from agentic systems and MLOps to the data foundations, governance, and responsible-AI practices that make it all production-ready.
My foundation is academic as much as practical: a Ph.D. and M.S. in Computer Science & Engineering from the University of Washington, and a B.A. in Computer Science & Biochemistry, summa cum laude, from Mount Holyoke College. My doctoral research centered on artificial intelligence in healthcare — the same rigor I now bring to evaluating vendors, claims, and tradeoffs in the real world.
I hold the Claude Certified Architect – Foundations certification from Anthropic (CCAR-F, 2026) and am completing the Professional-level certification (CCAR-P, expected October 2026). These reflect the depth at which I work in the Claude and Anthropic ecosystem right now, so the guidance you get is grounded in current, hands-on practice rather than yesterday’s headlines.
