Stop chasing AI. Start making the right moves.

You know AI matters for your business. What you need isn’t another vendor pitch — it’s a trusted advisor who will cut through the noise, tell you the truth, and help you invest wisely.

Who I Help

You’re smart. You’re busy. AI has you overwhelmed.

You lead a mid-market organization. You know AI matters, but you’re drowning in vendor pitches, shiny objects, and FOMO. You have ideas — but no framework for deciding what deserves your attention and budget.

You can’t hire a fleet of data scientists or sign a seven-figure engagement. What you need is honest guidance from someone who has lived AI delivery inside complex organizations — not another sales cycle dressed up as strategy.

That’s why I built Arivyo as a private advisory practice: one senior advisor in your corner, focused on your judgment and your outcomes — not billable hours and layered teams.

Your Tuesday morning looks like this

  • Three vendor demos on the calendar you didn’t ask for
  • A board member asking “what’s our AI strategy?”
  • An article about a competitor’s AI initiative you just read
  • A nagging feeling you’re already behind
  • No idea which of your ten AI ideas to actually pursue first
One advisor. No layers.

How I Help

Three ways to work together — all built around your clarity, not my billable hours

The AI Clarity Session

A focused structured conversation where you bring your AI questions, ideas, and worries — and walk away with a clear picture of what matters, what doesn’t, and exactly what to do next. No jargon. No deck. Just honest answers.

Fractional Chief AI Officer

For mid-market companies that need senior AI leadership in the room — not outsiders who parachute in with a presentation and disappear. I join your leadership conversations, advise your team, manage your vendor relationships, and help you build real AI capability.

“You don’t need more AI options. You need someone to tell you which one is actually right for your business.”

— Rosalia Tungaraza, Ph.D.

Why Arivyo

The advisor you’ve been wanting to find.

  • I’ve been in your seat

I didn’t observe AI from the sidelines. I built it from the inside — under real budget pressure, with real boards to answer to.

  • I won't send a junior team

When you work with Arivyo, you work with me. The same person on the intro call is the same person in every conversation.

  • I help you stop chasing shiny objects

My job isn’t to dazzle you with possibilities. It’s to help you identify the two or three things that will actually move your business — and give you the confidence to ignore everything else.

  • Priced for real businesses

Not a $2M engagement. Not retainers that require a CFO sign-off. Accessible advisory for leaders who need senior-level thinking without enterprise-scale pricing.

About

Rosalia Tungaraza, Ph.D.

Founder & Principal AI Advisor, Arivyo

I founded Arivyo because leaders kept asking for the same thing: someone who would tell them the truth about AI — what to pursue, what to pause, and what to ignore — without turning every conversation into a sales opportunity.

For more than fifteen years, I’ve worked inside demanding enterprises — most recently as AVP of AI at Baptist Health South Florida, building and scaling AI capability across a twelve-hospital system. Before that, I led high-impact AI work at UnitedHealth Group (Optum) and WarnerMedia (CNN and Bleacher Report), translating complex technology into decisions executives could stand behind.

My academic foundation is in computer science and engineering at the University of Washington, where my research centered on artificial intelligence in healthcare — rigor that still informs how I evaluate claims, vendors, and tradeoffs in the real world.

Clients come to me when they need senior judgment in the room: a thinking partner who understands both the technology and the politics of getting things done — from governance and talent to vendor dynamics and executive communication.
